Masonic Operating System
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Masonic Operating System and its optional account-security text messaging program.
Platform Access
MasonicOS supports lodge administration, member communication, and related organizational workflows. Access depends on a current account, lodge relationship, and assigned role. Lodge or platform administrators may change or remove access when membership or office assignments change.
Account Security
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in methods, recovery codes, and devices. Notify your lodge administrator or MasonicOS support promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
SMS Security And Account Alerts
SMS enrollment is optional. When you affirmatively enroll a mobile number, Masonic Operating System may send automated authentication codes and account security notifications. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of lodge membership or use of other MasonicOS features.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also remove SMS MFA in your account security settings. Text messages are sent from +1 (352) 651-0001. For assistance, email chrisleesmith@mac.com.
Mobile information and SMS consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Information may be provided to telecommunications carriers and service providers only as needed to deliver, secure, and support the messaging program.
Acceptable Use
Do not use MasonicOS to violate law, impersonate another person, interfere with platform security, distribute unauthorized private records, or send communications without the required authority and consent.
Availability And Changes
Features may change as the platform develops. MasonicOS may suspend a feature or account when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or protection of lodge and member information.
Privacy And Support
Review the Privacy Policy and the public SMS program description. Questions may be sent to chrisleesmith@mac.com.
