Masonic Operating System
Privacy Policy
MasonicOS is built for lodge operations, member communication, public lodge websites, and officer administration. The platform collects only the information needed to support those duties.
Information We Handle
MasonicOS may store account details, contact preferences, lodge membership records, officer roles, event responses, education progress, messages, document records, warrants, accounting records, audit logs, and public website content. Some lodges may also collect prospect inquiries and callback requests submitted through public lodge pages.
How Information Is Used
The platform uses this information to sign members in, route them to the correct lodge, support officer workflows, prepare trestle boards, manage public-safe display feeds, keep audit trails, and help lodges communicate with members and prospects.
Mobile Messaging
Members may optionally enroll a mobile number for authentication codes and account security notifications. MasonicOS records the consent time, enrollment source, policy version, verification status, and opt-out status needed to operate and audit the messaging program.
Mobile information and SMS consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. MasonicOS may provide limited information to telecommunications carriers and service providers only as needed to deliver, secure, and support requested messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Sharing And Access
Lodge data is separated by lodge and role. Members, officers, district officers, Grand Lodge users, and platform administrators only receive the access their assigned role allows. Public lodge websites and lodge display feeds are limited to information approved for public viewing.
Payments And Identity
MasonicOS does not use Stripe, in-app purchases, or payment-provider identity checks for member verification. Sign-in and Masonic verification are separate from lodge membership authority and officer permissions.
Security
Application data is hosted in AWS resources dedicated to MasonicOS. The platform uses sign-in controls, role-based permissions, audit records, private document handling, and public/private content boundaries to protect lodge and member information.
Support
During early testing, members may contact the lodge officer or platform administrator who invited them. General MasonicOS support is available at chrisleesmith@mac.com.
